The kitchens draw on regional specialities at each stop — from Rajasthani thalis to the coastal flavours of the Konkan and Goa — alongside international favourites. All meals are included, and the Deccan Odyssey is an entirely non-smoking train. Wi-Fi, a magazine library, safe-deposit boxes, a medical kit and indoor games complete the on-board facilities, and the train is wheelchair accessible.

All fares are per cabin, per journey, in US dollars and cover accommodation, all meals, soft beverages, valet service and the guided off-train excursions in each itinerary. GST (currently 5%) is additional; a double-bed supplement applies in Deluxe Cabins. Children under 5 travel free; ages 6–12 pay 50% of the adult fare.
