From Ramtek, head into Pench National Park, named after the river that runs through it, for both a morning and an afternoon game drive in one of central India's richest wildlife habitats.
Day 5Warora → Tadoba Tiger ReserveOn board
Travel into the Tadoba Tiger Reserve, home to the Royal Bengal tiger. Lunch is served at a forest lodge, where naturalists share insights into tiger conservation.

From Pachora station, drive to the Ajanta Caves, a World Heritage site whose ancient murals and sculptures tell the life story of the Buddha.

How many wildlife reserves does the Maharashtra Wild Trail visit?
Two. Day four brings morning and afternoon game drives in Pench National Park, and day five takes you into the Tadoba Tiger Reserve, known for its Royal Bengal tigers.
Are tiger sightings guaranteed?
No. Tadoba and Pench offer good chances, but wildlife is never guaranteed. The Tadoba day includes a talk from naturalists about tiger conservation over lunch at a forest lodge.
Does the journey include Ajanta and Ellora?
Yes. Ellora is visited on day two and Ajanta on day six, both World Heritage sites.
What is there to see in Aurangabad?
Day three includes the Bibi-Ka-Maqbara, often compared with the Taj Mahal, and a centre where Himroo fabric is woven by hand.
Where does the trip start and end?
