Day 1Edinburgh → Boat of GartenBoat of Garten
Board at Edinburgh Waverley for champagne afternoon tea as the train follows the Highland line through Dunkeld, Pitlochry and Blair Atholl. In the evening it stops at Boat of Garten on the Strathspey Railway, where a champagne and canapé reception leads to a four-course dinner created by Tom.

Day 2Rothiemurchus → DundeeDundee
After breakfast, a coach takes you to Rothiemurchus Estate in the Cairngorms for clay pigeon shooting, fishing, an estate tour or a hike with a park ranger. Join Tom for a barbecue lunch on the lawn at Drumintoul Lodge, then rejoin the train at Carrbridge for a champagne reception as it heads south through Aberdeenshire and Angus. A gala dinner is followed by music and farewell toasts with Tom in the Observation Car.

A final breakfast is served as the train leaves Dundee, crosses Fife and the Forth Railway Bridge, and arrives in Edinburgh.
