On this three-day return journey the Blue Train travels into Mpumalanga to the doorstep of the Kruger National Park, home of the Big Five. You arrive at Numbi early in the morning for an off-train excursion, return for a five-course lunch, then spend the evening at Nkambeni Safari Camp before the train heads back to Pretoria.

Register at the Blue Train lounge at Pretoria Station and enjoy pre-departure snacks and drinks before boarding. After departure a five-course lunch is served in the dining car, followed by high tea in the Lounge Car and dinner in two sittings.

Day 2Kruger National ParkOn board
The train arrives at Numbi station early in the morning for an off-train excursion. Return for a five-course lunch on board, then in the late afternoon transfer to the Numbi Gate and, in the evening, to Nkambeni Safari Camp before returning to the train.
